I believe that excellence is not a destination, but a daily habit.
For over 30 years, I have dedicated my experience to those who want to perform under pressure, lead high-potential teams, and turn complexity into concrete results.
I built my career at the heart of motorsport as a Crew Chief and Technical Director in MotoGP™, achieving 120 podiums and 4 constructors’ titles. Today, I serve as Senior Executive Manager in the Superbike™ World Championship.
I am also a certified NLP Coach, an academic mentor at the University of Messina, and a lecturer in Team Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
My clear goal is to bring the principles of high-performance leadership beyond the paddock into corporate training and talent development.
I guide individuals and organizations to deliver their best when it truly matters.

As a Leadership Coach & Performance Strategist (certified NLP Coach), I uniquely apply Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning, a methodology that blends hypnotic language with neuroscience to restructure limiting beliefs, generate new internal resources, and strengthen skills in persuasive communication, sales, and personal charisma.
